Tony Mau

Tony has 20 years experience in the pipe laying and civil industry.  His expertise in long run, large diameter pipeline installations allows the foundation for coordinating and management of field works for the Australian operation.  Tony has been extensively involved in works with PE butt welding and electro fusion installations.

With an active involvement in the construction management of all projects, Tony prides himself on achieving deadlines for which his clients can bear testament to. Tony also takes charge of the Estimating and Business Development.   

Marcus van Enk B.BusComm, Dip Adv Bkkping

Marcus has a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Marketing) degree and 10 years experience in the civil industry including direct and indirect works on large scale pipeline projects.   Marcus has extensive experience in financial management, OH&S and systems management and operations management. He is a current Board Member of the Civil Contractors Federation ‘CMS’ Advisory Committee, an active participant in the Committee for Geelong, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Australian Institute of Management. Further to managing the company’s Finance & Admin, Marcus prepares marketing and public relations material that contributes to sector development.

Rob Phillips

Rob has 16 years industry experience in pipeline & civil works. He project manages a pipeline construction team working on large scale pipeline installations. Installation on all pipe materials, PE, PVC, MSCL, Ductile Iron. Most recently Rob successfully completed the installation of the 660mm MSCL Transfer Main Duplication upgrade to the mains water supply for the Colac township on time and on budget. He also project managed the Falls Creek Alpine Resort 315mm PE potable water transfer line.

Rob holds OH&S Red Card, First Aid Level 2 Certificate, Backhoe, Excavator, Skid Steer, Front End Loader, Heavy Rigid Truck License, Traffic Control Road work signing and safety, Plastek accreditation, Environmental and Safety Management, Wathaurong Aboriginal Co-operative Cultural Induction.

David Cox

David has 15 years industry experience including works on large scale pipeline projects. Installation on all pipe materials, PE, PVC, MSCL, Ductile Iron with specialist application to PE projects. Most recently, David successfully project managed the Werribee Recycled Water Pipeline Scheme and the Aireys Inlet to Anglesea recycled water pipeline. The Aireys Inlet to Anglesea project won a State Award for excellence in Civil Construction for the Civil Contractors Federation of Australia, 2007.

David holds current tickets for Backhoe, Excavator, Chain trencher, Skid steer, Front End Loader, OH&S Red Card, Heavy Rigid Truck License, First Aid Level 2 Certificate, Train Track Safety Awareness Level 1, Environmental and Safety Management, Certified McElroy fusion welder operator, Cert III PE butt welding plastic pipe, Cert III in electro fusion PE plastic pipe, Traffic Control road work signing and safety, Plastek accreditation, Wathaurong Aboriginal Co-operative Cultural Induction.

Peter Cox (OH&S Officer)

Peter has 10 years construction industry experience of which 4 years was held as a Foreman for Pipeline Construction. He has 6 years experience with PVC and PE installations. More recently Peter has been responsible for the OH&S of the entire JHL Civil operations. Peter holds an OH&S Certification, Environmental Management Certification, licensed polytec fusion welder, Certified McElroy fusion welder operator, Safety and Environmental Management, licensed Excavator operator, Chain Trencher, Red Card, Control Traffic and Construction Traffic.
